The mission is to attract top talent at scale, strengthen today’s and tomorrow’s teams, and promote the employer brand to a broad and diverse pool of candidates. This is achieved in close collaboration with all business units across our global footprint./ Drive a high-impact recruitment planTake ownership of an ambitious recruitment plan encompassing approximately 300 hires per year — primarily junior profiles and interns — across multiple Business Units:Collaborate closely with Business Unit Leaders and Senior HR to define and execute recruitment strategy and onboarding processEnsure seamless operational delivery of recruitment campaigns and action plans with measurable outcomesLead & develop recruitment teams, directly managing Senior Recruiters and fostering their professional growthPromote a culture of continuous learning and expertise development within your teamsContribute to complex recruitments/ Lead Campus Management strategy at a global levelChampion Wavestone’s Campus Management strategy both in France and internationally:Define and steer a Campus strategy to attract top-tier talent: Engaging with 20 campuses, orchestrating 250 annual initiatives, managing a €500K budgetCreate and lead innovative, high-profile employer branding events (such as WaveGame and Catch the Wave) in collaboration with the Wavetone Communication TeamExpand and share Campus Management best practices across France and Wavestone’s international offices, tailoring initiatives to local business prioritiesSetup, manage and develop a hybrid team composed of dedicated Campus professionals and recruiters involved in broader recruitment effortsOversee the performance and success of internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaignsQualificationsAt least 10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a leading corporation renowned for HR and recruitment excellenceDeep understanding of Campus Management and employer branding, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful actionsProven leadership with excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to autonomously lead teamsStrong drive for challenges, results-driven mindset to coordinate complex recruitment campaigns et projectsAbility to evolve in a fast-paced & challenging environment, with sharp prioritization skills and an innovative mindsetFluent in English, written and oral concidering international scope of the roleAdditional InformationWhy joining us?Key function as part of the Wavestone executive committeeJoin a company with an ambitious growth project both in France and internationallyStep into a high-impact role, at the cornerstone of our growth and attractivity stakesStrong empowerment in an environment that promote initiative and innovationBenefit from career progression opportunities within a dynamic and expanding global consulting firmWork for a Great Place to Work-certified company, ranked #1 in its category #J-18808-Ljbffr
