**WHAT YOU**’**LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)**
Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where you'll be integral to reinforcing our position as a leader in the industry. In this role you will:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop roles, execute sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and finalize offers.
- Participate in broader HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and process improvement, comprising 30% of your responsibilities.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to engage passive talent effectively and generate interest in our opportunities.
**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in recruiting tech profiles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
- Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus
- Curious and business-oriented
**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**
Role based in central Paris (France). Flexible remote-work policy.
**YOUR TEAM**
You will be part of Ops team and report to Maud, our COO.
**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**

- Interview with Maud, your future manager. (45')
- Interview with Florian, our co-founder and CTO (30')
- 25min final interview with our CEO, Charlotte (30')
