Apply now.As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering relationships with both business (B2B SMB) and individual (B2C) clients.You will join an early team dedicated to building strong client relationships and driving client acquisition. These team members will embody the vision of Zoī, understanding our clients' needs in preventive healthcare and communicating about Zoī in a deeply personal and impactful way. Because our vision is personalized, you will ensure every client receives tailored solutions that resonate with their unique requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition from Scratch: Identify and engage potential clients (both businesses and individuals) through research, networking, and innovative outreach campaigns.Utilize a multi-channel approach: including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to maximize appointment setting and interest generation.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction across a diverse client base.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations tailored to the specific needs of B2B clients (corporate wellness programs) and B2C prospects (individual healthcare solutions).Consultative and Adaptive Selling: Understand each client’s unique challenges and objectives, offering customized solutions that reflect Zoī’s preventive healthcare services.Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement, ensuring seamless deal closures.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine sales strategies and optimize customer acquisition efforts.Market Insights: Stay informed about healthcare trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.CRM Utilization: Accurately log sales activities and maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system.We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Sales Representative with:Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on sales experience with proven success in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social selling) and a demonstrable track record of closing deals.B2B and B2C Expertise: Ability to navigate SMB B2B sales cycles and deliver personalized approaches for B2C clients.Adaptive Learning: Quick to understand and respond to unique client needs and evolving healthcare solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French, skilled at building rapport and handling objections.Resilience and Drive: Determination to meet and exceed sales targets, with the persistence to overcome challenges.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools and sales technologies, with strong organizational skills to manage the full sales pipeline.Start in a new team, help build an ambitious strategy from the ground up.Work on niche preventive healthcare and deeptech innovation.Engage in tailored prospecting and client acquisition efforts to spread Zoī’s revolutionary vision.Collaborate with high-level, multidisciplinary teams across different departments.Opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders in a highly innovative environment.Scale a company with high potential to become a leader in preventive healthcare.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionTechnology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Zoī by 2xSet job alerts for “Business Development Representative” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
