Real Assets Sales

Overview The Real Assets Sales Specialist will be an integral member of a dynamic sales team that collaborates closely with investment analysts and marketing professionals. This role will involve active engagement with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with insights on real asset opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with research and investment teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning in the real assets sector. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and client education materials. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively address client concerns and inform sales strategies. Report on sales performance and key metrics, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Skills and Experience Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within real assets, real estate, or infrastructure sectors, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and assess potential investment opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse client needs. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods relevant to real assets. A self‑motivated and results‑oriented approach, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in both French and English, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
