Tes futures missions
  • Nous recherchons actuellement un Sales Director (H/F/N) passionné et ambitieux destiné à accompagner la croissance de notre solution Travel.
  • Sur ce rôle, tu intégreras l’équipe de Direction Corporate rattachée à notre VP Business Corporate.
  • Tu piloteras et animeras toute la stratégie commerciale de notre produit Travel à la fois dans une dynamique de cross/up sell auprès de nos clients existants, ainsi que dans une dynamique d'acquisition/new business.
Pour parvenir à cet objectif, il te faudra remplir les missions suivantes :
  • Définir la stratégie commerciale : Construire et piloter notre roadmap commerciale Travel - de la définition stratégique à la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle sur un périmètre nationale (segment Mid-Market)
  • Développer le business : Étendre notre impact sur la cible HR Mid-Market en élargissant notre présence auprès de clients stratégiques
  • Piloter une équipe : Constituer une équipe à encadrer, motiver et faire monter en compétences
  • Piloter et suivre un budget : Consolider et suivre le P&L
  • Suivre la performance : Établir des KPIs précis pour monitorer les objectifs et assurer la synergie entre les équipes

  • Structurer une force commerciale dédiée au Travel
  • Tester et ajuster les tactiques d’acquisition et d’élevage pour capturer des nouveaux comptes clients
  • Identifier les besoins spécifiques des entreprises pour optimiser notre offre et étendre notre couverture
  • Poser les bases d’une stratégie qui nous propulse en leader sur le marché Travel dans les prochaines années
Tu te reconnais sur le poste si tu …
  • As une expérience solide en direction commerciale et en gestion de BU (secteur tech ou travel, un plus)
  • Sais jongler entre stratégie et opérationnel, avec un talent avéré pour adresser des C-level (HR)
  • Maîtrises les enjeux d’acquisition et de fidélisation de comptes, ainsi que les exercices budgétaires et P&L
  • Es un.e leader charismatique avec des capacités de coaching hors pair pour accompagner tes équipes vers l’excellence
  • As une vision / esprit entrepreneuriale et l’envie de relever un défi ambitieux dans un univers en forte croissance
  • Un.e futur swiler responsable : tu partages nos engagements en faveur de l’environnement, de la diversité, de l’équité et l’inclusion et tu es prêt.e à oeuvrer au quotidien pour une performance individuelle et collective
