Founding Enterprise Account Executive – Germany About Us At DeepIP, we are building the AI operating system for IP practitioners. We are creating AI‑powered assistants to radically transform patent drafting, prosecution, and prior‑art searching, empowering IP professionals to focus on strategy and creativity while AI handles the complexity. About the Role As the first Enterprise Account Executive for the German market, you will drive the acquisition of new customers for our AI patent‑drafting product across the Legal & IP sector. Your responsibilities include establishing new relationships with law firms and large enterprise clients, articulating DeepIP’s value and ROI, and closing multi‑year contracts. Responsibilities Create and manage a targeted account list, overseeing the entire sales process from initial outreach through closing and relationship nurturing. Master MEDDIC, maintain impeccable pipeline documentation and hygiene in CRM, ensure 3× pipeline coverage, and consistently hit quota. Build and sustain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to represent market insights, enhance messaging, and drive product roadmap improvements. Deliver product demos and presentations to showcase DeepIP’s value proposition. Contribute to the sales playbook by capturing insights and best practices that can be leveraged across accounts. Qualifications At least 2 years as a BDR, demonstrating excellence in highly qualitative prospecting on an educated and demanding persona. 2–3 years as an AE in a demanding vertical SaaS environment, with a strong record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Proven track record of selling $50k–$250k ACV software solutions, with the ability to lead multi‑threaded sales and convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Independent, self‑driven prospector who can lead a full sales cycle from start to finish. Passion for DeepIP’s mission and a strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in the IP sector. Team player who collaborates effectively across functions, leading by example with integrity, professionalism, and a customer‑centric mindset.
