We're now launching in France, and we're seeking an **Enterprise Account Executive** to be one of the founding members of our France team - a startup within a startup.
As an **Enterprise Account Executive**, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our customer base in France. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to final contract negotiations, and play a crucial role in building our market presence from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless customer journey.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in our expansion into France, with the support of a global organization and the resources of a billion-dollar company.
**What You'll be doing**:
- Full-circle sales responsibility, managing the end-to-end process from outbound prospecting to final contract closing
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
- Acquisition of new customers of various sizes and industries
- Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision-makers in Communications, HR, and IT teams
- Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Renewal, and Product teams
- Contributing your own ideas and strategies
**What You'll need to be successful**:
- 5+ years of B2B tech sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS
- A strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
- High emotional intelligence and a strong ability to identify and understand customer needs
- Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong closing abilities
- A working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluent in French (verbal and written) with excellent English communication skills to collaborate with global teams
- Comfortable with hybrid work and travel (25% in-region + London visits once per quarter)
- You are motivated by the chance to build something from the ground up in France. You thrive in fast-growing, dynamic environments and aren't afraid to take initiative.
