HRIS Change & Release Manager (HR Access Sopra)About the job HRIS Change & Release Manager (HR Access Sopra)HRIS Change & Release Manager (HR Access Sopra)Managing platform updates, infrastructure changes, and controlled deployments for HR AccessPosition OverviewWe are looking for a HRIS Change & Release Manager to lead and coordinate the change management and deployment processes for HR Access (Sopra HR) platform and its supporting infrastructure. This role ensures seamless updates, patches, and configuration changes are implemented with minimal disruption while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and ITIL best practices.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing HRIS platform lifecycle, change control, and infrastructure upgrades in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management & ControlPlan, coordinate, and oversee change requests related to the HR Access platform and associated infrastructureImplement structured change management processes, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and approval workflowsMaintain change logs, documentation, and audit trails to ensure traceability and complianceCommunicate change schedules, impact, and mitigation plans to stakeholders across HR, IT, and business unitsRelease & Deployment ManagementManage the release lifecycle of HR Access platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and configuration changesCollaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate and deploy updates in test, staging, and production environmentsCoordinate maintenance windows and rollback plans to minimize service disruptionPlatform & Infrastructure OversightMonitor HR Access system health and infrastructure stability, recommending capacity upgrades or performance tuning as neededCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams on platform availability, backups, and disaster recovery plansSupport environment provisioning and infrastructure updates in coordination with cloud/on-prem teamsGovernance & ComplianceEnsure all changes adhere to ITIL, organizational policies, and data protection regulationsFacilitate regular audits and compliance reviews related to change management and platform updatesProvide training and guidance on change control best practices for HRIS support teamsRequired QualificationsTechnical & Process Skills6+ years experience in change and release management, preferably with HRIS platforms such as HR Access (Sopra HR)Solid understanding of ITIL change management frameworks and best practicesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams during platform updates and infrastructure changesKnowledge of HR Access platform architecture, patching, and upgrade processesFamiliarity with incident management and problem resolution in enterprise environmentsSoft SkillsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple concurrent change projectsAttention to detail and commitment to quality and compliancePreferred QualificationsCertifications in ITIL Foundation or Change ManagementExperience working in public sector or highly regulated environmentsBasic understanding of infrastructure technologies supporting HR Access (Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking)Knowledge of HR business processes and data privacy regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
