HRIS Manager – Groupe International

Contexte & Environnement :

Upward accompagne un acteur mondial de référence dans l'hôtellerie et les services, engagé dans une transformation digitale d'envergure couvrant l'ensemble de son réseau et de ses activités.

Dans le cadre d'une accélération technologique et d'une harmonisation des pratiques RH à l'échelle internationale, le groupe structure son offre digitale interne autour de produits globaux visant à simplifier l'expérience collaborateur et renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle dans ses établissements.

Dans ce contexte, le groupe recrute un(e) HRIS Manager pour piloter la stratégie, la feuille de route et l'évolution de la plateforme RH déployée dans son réseau mondial.

Le/la candidat(e) jouera un rôle central à l'interface RH – IT – Opérations, avec un impact fort sur l'expérience terrain et la réussite de la transformation digitale.

Missions principales :

Vision & Stratégie Produit

  • Définir et faire évoluer la vision et la roadmap HRIS pour les établissements du groupe.
  • Garantir l'alignement des orientations produit avec les priorités business RH et opérationnelles.
  • Recueillir et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs en lien avec les parties prenantes internationales.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit : cadrage, conception, delivery, évolutions continues.
  • Assurer la scalabilité, la sécurité, la conformité réglementaire et la performance de la plateforme.
  • Superviser l'intégration du HRIS avec les autres solutions internes dans un contexte multi-pays.
  • Orchestrer les mises à jour, automatisations et optimisations techniques et fonctionnelles.

Gouvernance, Performance & Budget

  • Structurer la gouvernance produit : arbitrages, priorisation, allocation des ressources.
  • Garantir un haut niveau de service (SLA/OLA) avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

Influence & Conduite du Changement

  • Représenter la fonction HRIS dans les comités digitaux et RH stratégiques.
  • Déployer un accompagnement au changement pour favoriser l'adoption dans les établissements.
  • Effectuer une veille HR Tech et proposer des évolutions structurantes.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+5 — école d'ingénieurs, école de commerce ou université (IT, RH, Transformation digitale).
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience sur des sujets HRIS / SI RH / Product Management / IT Strategy en environnement international ou complexe.
  • Exposition significative à la collaboration avec des directions RH et IT, avec capacité à influencer des décideurs senior.
  • Maîtrise des processus RH et de leur traduction en solutions techniques évolutives.
  • À l'aise dans les environnements multi-pays et multi-entités, avec une capacité à embarquer des parties prenantes diverses.
  • Français et anglais courants.
