The company generated €3.3 billion in revenue in 2024 and employs 5,000 people in 10 countries. Job Description The HRIS Specialist – Workday Absences is an essential member of the HRIS team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing HR systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday Absences and, if possible, Payroll. Collaborate closely with payroll, HR technology, and finance teams to ensure efficient payroll processes and regulatory compliance. Missions Daily support for the Workday tool. Configure, maintain and continuously update the Workday Absences system. Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues related to the Absences module. Provide ongoing support for international absence configurations in Workday. Track platform updates and suggest improvements. Support Workday payroll where possible (a plus). Lead HRIS projects related to Absence Management. Create documentation for operational books and the HRIS. Write test scripts, perform functional and technical tests before production. Translate business HR needs into configuration changes and enhancements. Handle incidents via tickets. Competences Required Experience with Workday in a similar role. Analytical skills, understanding of Absence module challenges, technical configuration knowledge and impact anticipation. Good communication and active listening, patience for change management.
