Job Description As User Acquisition Manager, you will define and implement Joko’s acquisition strategy across all markets and platforms (mobile app and web). Your goal is to grow the user base and maximize user value while working within the Growth department and reporting to the Head of Growth. Responsibilities Drive strategic thinking in user acquisition and optimise the launch and growth of the user acquisition strategy. Own and refine the channel mix and investment strategy to maximise the LTV/CAC ratio, monitoring performance and reallocating spend to the most profitable levers. Plan, launch and optimise paid‑advertising campaigns across channels (Social media ads, ad networks, Apple Ads, Google, etc.). Analyse performance data to identify, test and implement growth opportunities. Deliver creative excellence by analysing ad performance, guiding revisions, and collaborating with Design and Social Media teams, as well as external resources, to continuously test and produce top‑performing creatives efficiently. Maximise app store optimisation (ASO), continually benchmark and test to enhance visibility and conversion in the app and browser‑extension stores. Stay updated with the latest developments in the ads industry, ensuring Joko stays ahead of user acquisition innovations. Coordinate efforts with Product, Data and CRM teams to ensure consistency across the user funnel and align with the company’s growth ambition. Preferred Experience 5 + years of successful experience in B2C mobile‑app paid acquisition and ASO, with mastery of user‑acquisition platforms, tools, and OS technicalities. Native‑level French speaker; fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset: ability to solve complex problems and extract actionable insights from data. Experimentation methodology expertise and quick learning in dynamic settings. Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging trends, channels and technologies. Entrepreneurial mindset, loves challenges and a hands‑on approach. Attention to detail and a skill for spotting flaws. Productivity‑tool savvy and delivers projects on time across multiple stakeholders. Benefits & Perks Flexible remote (for fully‑remote roles) with coworking space support if outside Paris.
