This empowers us to:* **Optimize the traveler journey** with deep user insights* **Drive marketing & commercial performance** through smart decision-making* **Leverage our unique Travel Data** to create **personalized experiences** Within Evaneos, our expertise is split into two key teams:* **Product Analytics Team:** This team partners with the Product, Tech, Acquisition, and CRM teams to monitor platform performance, evaluate product experiments, and drive actionable insights. It is composed of **3 Product Data Analysts**.* **Business Analytics Team:** This team collaborates with Evaneos' operational teams to drive the overall strategy, focusing on both B2C and B2B audiences while ensuring performance tracking. It is composed of **3 Business Analysts**. We use **Amplitude** for product analytics. For marketing analytics, we rely on **Google Analytics** and **Wizaly**. Our data and BI stack includes **BigQuery**, **Looker**, **Airflow**, **dbt**, and **Git**.### **Your role as Head of Product Analyst**We are looking for a **Head of Product Analyst** to head our Product Analytics team.You’ll report directly to , our CODIR member in charge of Strategic Dev, Product & Innovation, and play a critical role in achieving our growth ambitions while shaping the future of travel at Evaneos.Your role will be to manage a high-performing Product Analytics team, define robust analytical frameworks, champion data-driven decision-making strategies, and deliver actionable insights to elevate Product & Growth performance.More specifically, this role will involve:** Lead & mentor the Product Analytics Team*** Manage and mentor a team of 3 Product Analysts, each focusing on **Activation, Agent/traveler experience, and In-Trip.*** **Shape the data culture** by empowering Product teams through: 1/ Training on data interpretation, analytics frameworks, and decision-making. 2/ Implementing best practices in experimentation, performance tracking, and impact measurement.** Drive Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision-Making*** Own and optimize **performance analysis**, including KPI tracking, user journey insights, segmentation, and engagement metrics.* Champion **a culture of rapid experimentation**, supporting teams with robust data-backed A/B tests that drive product and growth improvements.* Optimize marketing attribution models with **Wizaly**, combining last non-direct click and algorithmic contributions to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. **Collaborate Across Teams*** Team-up actively with the Business Analytics Lead to align insights and performance tracking, ensuring **seamless integration of product and commercial data.*** Collaborate closely with the **Product and Tech Leadership** to shape our Product & Tech Strategy and help impact teams to reach our objectives* Work with **Data Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Product Design** to: + Optimize pipelines and blend user research with data-driven insights. + Implement scoring, matching, and personalization systems to enrich the traveler experience. + Drive AI/ML-powered innovations for new product features. + Integrate data insights and qualitative research for better user engagement.* Analyze the traveler journey end-to-end, uncover actionable insights, and collaborate with **R&D Leadership** to drive product and business innovation.At Evaneos, we’re revolutionizing the travel industry by **connecting travelers directly with local agencies**, offering them a **tailor-made, authentic, and responsible** experience.## Profil recherché### You’re probably a strong match if…* You’ve **led and grown a Product Analytics team as a manager in a B2C company for at least 3 years** and understand the dynamics of growth, experimentation, and user behavior.* **Strategic yet hands-on**: You know how to define the big picture but love getting into the data details when needed.* **You focus on impact**: You don’t just analyze for the sake of it—you measure, optimize, and drive business outcomes.* **You love cross-functional collaboration**: You thrive in multi-disciplinary teams, working side-by-side with Product, Tech, Data, Growth, and Business stakeholders.* **You’re a leader**: You empower teams, simplify complexity, and inspire others with clear, data-backed insights.* **You’re an experimentation pro**: You design, run, and analyze A/B tests with rigor and precision.* **You master analytics tools**: Strong expertise in SQL & analytics tools (Python is a plus).* You can create dashboards, build data models, and develop scalable transformation pipelines.* Bonus points for experience with marketing attribution models & cross-channel analysis.* **You’re fluent in English** and can confidently run meetings, pitch insights, and conduct user interviews.**Job will be based in Paris.**### BenefitsWe place the well-being of "Evaneosians" at the center of our values:* Weekly remote work: Up to 2 or 3 days of remote work per week, combining focused time at home with collective moments at the office.* Travel budget through the “CSE” to discover Evaneos services.* Travel remote work to work from different countries/regions several times a year.* 25 days of paid leave, 14 RTT days, solidarity RTT, etc.* Choice of PC or MacBook Pro provided.* Yoga classes, meditation, sports partially covered by Evaneos through partnership with .* Internal events to get to know each other, discover and exchange: cultural lunches, seminars, afterworks, daily meetings, retrospectives, coffee breaks, etc.**Compensation:**Our compensation policy allows us to define a salary range based on professional experience and a person's level of impact.
