In this role, you will manage a team of campaign managers to deliver outstanding user acquisition results for our CTV clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of day-to-day UA campaign operations, driving process improvements, and working closely with Account Management, Data, and Product and Tech teams to shape the future of CTV campaign execution.Your responsibilities will include:Campaign Management & OptimizationOwn the end-to-end management of key CTV UA campaigns: from setup and pacing to daily optimizationsTrack and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, Delivery %, etc.) and apply data-driven strategies to maximize performanceSupport and mentor campaign managers, providing training, sharing best practices, and offeringday-to-day guidanceReview performance across all accounts, identify and prioritize issues, and ensure consistent execution qualityContribute to team structure and planning to support scalable growth as the client base expandsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Account Management team to align campaign performance with client objectivesPartner with Tech, Solution Engineering, and Data teams to improve our product and campaign operationsEngage in client communication as needed, especially for high-priority or complex accountsAutomation & Process OptimizationProactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation within campaign managementDevelop small tools (or coordinate with internal teams) to streamline reporting, pacing, alerts, and other workflowsLead the documentation and rollout of scalable processes and standard operating proceduresYou could be a great addition to our CTV Campaign Management team if you:Bring 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or adtech, with proven hands-on campaign management skills.Have 1+ years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, or operational roles.Are autonomous, analytical, and proactive, able to lead by example while maintaining a strategic mindset.Possess strong technical fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and are comfortable working with data dashboards and KPIs.
