With the best technology in the market compared to our competitors, we are in a rapid growth phase and seeking a passionate Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team.TasksWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closeBuild, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH marketsDeliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholdersUnderstand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutionsCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retentionMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as neededRequirements5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environmentExperience in the contact center industry is mandatoryStrong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cyclesNative or fluent German speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skillsExperience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferredComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similarNice to Have:Background in AI, automation, or conversational technologyExperience working in cross-functional global teamsFamiliarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionRemote-friendly work culture or hybrid optionsProfessional growth opportunities in a fast-growing AI companyDynamic and collaborative international teamRegular team offsites, learning stipends, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
