Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Channel Partner Manager EMEA is responsible for managing Channel Partners Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and is accountable for Channel Partner performance.This position reports to the VP Sales EMEA&APAC and is part of the EMEA sales team and will be fully remote role.In This RoleManage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in EMEA regionProactively seek and find new CPs in territories not served by IDT business, sign up new CPs by issuing contractual reseller agreements, support product and sales trainings, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding set targets, track team and associate level KPIs to drive team to achieve targets in the regionDevelop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP‑assigned territoriesMonitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face‑to‑face meetings and applying DBS toolsEssential RequirementsBachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences Preferred or combination of education and experienceExperience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA min 3 yearsExperience in leading teams min 3 yearsHigh level of life sciences business acumenProficient in EnglishExposure to public tenders/frame works processes/procurement business is a plusExperience with CRM (SFDC)Travel RequirementsThe position is based in EMEA with the 50% of travel, primarily within EMEAWhen not travelling, Channel Partner Manager is expected to work out of home officeIDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
