Uniquement des rythmes d'alternance 3 jours / 2 jours ou 4 jours / 1 jour.Dans le cadre de sa croissance et du lancement de son nouveau produit Praxia (plateforme de benchmark et gestion des cas d'usage IA) Klein Blue renforce l'équipe Customer Success.Possibilité de continuer en CDI au sein de l'équipe à la fin de l'alternance.Tu rejoins une équipe composée de la Head of Customer Success et 3 consultants. A ce titre tes principales missions seront :Customer Success - 60%Onboarder et accompagner les clients tout au long de l'utilisation d'un de nos 3 produits SaaS (Market intelligence CRM Project Flow et Praxia) et former les nouveaux utilisateursMener des points de suivi réguliers avec les clients pour identifier leurs nouveaux besoins (nouveaux produits, missions de conseil, nouvelles features)Suivre et analyser les KPIs de connexion, construire des plans d'action adaptés à chaque client et conseiller les clientsCollaborer avec l'équipe Produit et faire remonter les feedbacks clientsParticiper à l'amélioration permanente des processus Customer SuccessVeille & conseil - 25%Participer à des événements, salons et conférences pour rencontrer des clients et faire de la veille sur les thématiques de nos clients (innovation IA, santé, assurance)Conseiller nos clients au-delà de leur utilisation de la plateforme : sourcing de startups, partage d'insights marchéSupport client - 15%Gérer les accès et licences utilisateursAssister les utilisateurs dans leur utilisation de la plateforme au quotidien et résoudre leur pain pointsVeiller à la satisfaction globale des utilisateursRequired ExperienceManagerKey SkillsBiddingBusiness SolutionsABAPBusiness OperationsBusiness SalesCorporate MarketingEmployment TypeTraineeExperienceyearsVacancy1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
