Nous sommes donc à la recherche d'un Comptable Général H/Fpour une nouvelle équipe à Paris.En tant que Comptable Général H/F chez RWE Renouvelables France, vos missions sont les suivantes:- Travailler de manière large dans le domaine de la finance avec un accent particulier sur les états financiers, ce qui signifie des réconciliations, des enquêtes et des analyses pour les sociétés dont vous êtes responsable.- Participer au reporting du groupe (IFRS)- Préparer les états financiers selon les normes françaises- Être responsable du suivi de nos processus au sein du département comptable, y compris de la communication et de la planification avec notre SSC.-Traiter le grand livre et des écritures de trésorerie-Être administrateur responsable de notre système de gestion SAPFort de votre expérience en matière d'amélioration continue et de rationalisation des processus financiers, vous avez également le désir de mettre la main à la pâte et vous avez ici l'opportunité d'avoir un impact important sur le travail de comptabilité.Votre profilVous avez une forte capacité d'analyse, un grand intérêt pour les chiffres et vous êtes structuré(e) et orienté(e) vers les solutions. Vous avez également plusieurs années d'expérience en comptabilité courante, en tenue de livres et que vous ayez travaillé sur des comptes annuels.Nous attachons une grande importance à vos qualités personnelles et recherchons des personnes structurées et soucieuses de la qualité.Vous aimez travailler en équipe, mais vous êtes également autonome et vous assumez la responsabilité de vos tâches. Vous n'hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives, vous êtes orienté(e) vers les solutions et vous vous engagez fortement.- Formation académique ou post-secondaire en économie.- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.- Avoir de l'expérience avec SAP ; S/4 HANA est un plus.- Une expérience au sein d'un cabinet d'audit ou d'un cabinet d'experts-comptables est un plus.- Avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité et de la comptabilité qualifiée. De préférence avec des entreprises dans un environnement international.- Intérêt pour la compréhension des processus sous-jacents et volonté d'amélioration et de rationalisation.- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office, en particulier d'Excel.Pour vous épanouir dans cette fonction, vous êtes motivé(e) par le fait de travailler au sein d'une petite équipe où vous avez réellement une chance d'exercer une influence.Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français et l'anglais.Accounting ManagerRWE is facing an exciting future and has expansion plans that naturally lead to the accounting function needing to prepare for the future. We would like you to have a number of years of experience in current accounting, bookkeeping and have worked with annual accounts.We attach great importance to your personal qualities and are looking for you who are structured and quality-conscious.You enjoy working in teams but also have an independent drive and take responsibility for your work tasks. You do not hesitate to take your own initiatives, are solution-focused and have a strong commitment.In addition to this, we would like you to:• Has an academic or post-secondary education in Economics.At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.• Has experience with SAP; S/4 HANA is a plus• Experience from an auditing firm or a chartered-accountant firm is a plus.• Has experience of working with accounting and qualified accounting issues.
