Le poste est à pourvoir aux Emirats Arabes Unis, où est implantée notre société et ou il vous sera demandé d’être résident(e) fiscalement. Objectif du poste Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Accounting Relationship Manager afin de renforcer notre département comptable. Ce rôle combine expertise comptable et relation client : il s’agit d’accompagner nos entrepreneurs dans le suivi de leur gestion comptable, d’assurer la conformité de leurs obligations et de garantir une communication claire, proactive et pédagogique. Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients pour le suivi de leur comptabilité. Superviser la bonne tenue des comptes et la transmission régulière des pièces comptables. Assurer le reporting mensuel et la conformité des opérations. Identifier les points d’attention, anticiper les anomalies et coordonner avec les équipes comptable et fiscale interne. Organiser des calls clients réguliers pour expliquer les états financiers, échéances et obligations. Analyse & conformité Contrôler la cohérence des enregistrements et la conformité des rapports financiers. Veiller au respect des normes locales et, idéalement, avoir une bonne compréhension des normes IFRS. Contribuer à la préparation des bilans, audits et déclarations fiscales. Connaissance des plateformes et obligations fiscales locales (FTA, Corporate Tax, VAT) appréciée. Communiquer avec clarté et diplomatie auprès des clients, même sur les sujets techniques. Créer ponctuellement de courtes vidéos explicatives ou messages pédagogiques pour simplifier la compréhension comptable. Participer à la valorisation du département comptable dans la stratégie de contenu MAJ (vidéos, tutoriels, newsletters). Profil recherché Formation supérieure en comptabilité, gestion ou finance. Expérience significative (3 à 5 ans minimum) en cabinet comptable ou dans un service comptabilité structuré. Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et des écritures d’ajustement. Connaissance des IFRS et/ou de la comptabilité aux Émirats arabes unis : un véritable atout. La connaissance de la FTA (VAT, Corporate Tax, portail e-Services) est un plus. Capacité à vulgariser et à créer une relation de confiance avec des dirigeants d’entreprise. Esprit rigoureux, autonome, à l’aise dans un environnement international. Parfaitement à l’aise en français et anglais. CDI basé à Dubaï, avec télétravail possible une partie de l’année. Présence obligatoire 6 mois/an aux Émirats arabes unis pour établir la résidence fiscale. Rémunération à négocier selon profil et expérience. Environnement international, exigeant et stimulant.
