Join to apply for the Customer Service Support Specialist role at Eton Technologies.This is a remote position.Job DescriptionSeeking CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST for the Hospitality Industry.Statement of PurposeWe are looking for a highly efficient Customer Service Support Specialist for the hospitality industry. The candidate will be an integral part of the team working closely to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand identity. The role involves resolving guest-related issues in a friendly and efficient manner, collecting feedback from guests, and sharing it with relevant parties to minimize future problems.Ideal Candidate QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, guest service, or related fields.Experience handling guest relations and resolving grievances.Experience working in an inbound call center as a customer relationship manager or customer care executive preferred.Previous experience with US or UK customers is a plus.Ability to communicate with a US or UK accent is preferred.Degree in hotel management or related field, with exposure to handling international guest queries.Experience in handling international guests in F&B departments, especially in five-star hotels, is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Professional phone and email etiquette.Strong organizational skills and active listening abilities.Basic knowledge of MS-Office applications.Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially with irate customers.Willingness to work night shifts (graveyard shifts).Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues proactively.Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities and meeting deadlines.Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and interact with management at all levels.Additional SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills and experience.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Additional InformationSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustry: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
