Job Opportunity: IT Support Analyst at Eton Technologies Private LimitedWe are hiring freshers for the role of IT Support Analyst:Must have a BBA, BCA, BSc, or an equivalent degree, or be in the last semester of such programs.Excellent English communication skills are required.Basic computer skills are essential.Data entry experience is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.Experience in US client communication and having a US accent are plus points.Previous experience in BPO or customer service roles is advantageous.Willingness to work late nights is required.Good learning skills and the ability to work as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills are important.Job Responsibilities:The IT Support Analyst will handle incoming IT service desk calls, review inbound IT service request emails, and create or update incident/problem tickets in the CRM-based Service Desk system. Training will be provided on processes, scripts, and resolving IT issues within the CRM system.Work Details:Work in US time zones, with two shifts: Normal Shift (5:30 pm IST to 2:30 am IST) and Late Shift (12:30 am IST to 9:30 am IST).This is a work-from-home position requiring a quiet personal space and a reliable internet connection.Shifts may include four 10-hour shifts, off-hour shifts, and weekend shifts as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
