The aim of the portfolio team is to reduce complexity for our sales & clients to have a simplified but thorough view on our global portfolio.ResponsibilitiesMakes sure that the sales team has all the collateral needed to push RTL AdAlliance inventory on the market.Manages the expectations and relations with internal departments (sales, supply, product development, communication…) and, along with the marketing director, sets priorities in terms of inventory focus.Sets the agenda for the update of collaterals and takes the lead to create new portfolio decks, with different angles: country entry, audience entry, inventory entry etc.Makes sure that the sales collaterals regarding portfolio are always updated.Organizes and monitors the information flow between back and front end.Manages a small team of Portfolio executives (2 FTE).Your ProfilePrevious experiences in the media industry (media agency, marketing team of an advertiser or sales house)Good understanding of media ecosystem and KPIsCapacity to work in a multicultural environment and capacity to present to senior levelsCapacity to manage a small teamCapacity to handle several projects simultaneously and to prioritizeBe the intersection point of many topicsFluent in English, being also fluent in German and/or French is desirableWhat We OfferAppropriate and attractive salaryModern office space with the possibility to do home officeCollegial and pleasant working atmosphere in a competent teamPosition ideally based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (close to Paris, France).
