Responsibilities Own all EMEA revenue targets and sales execution. Lead, structure, and inspire the EMEA sales team (AEs, BDRs). Drive performance, accountability, and growth. Design and enforce high‑velocity, high‑accountability sales processes (forecasting, pipeline, quota, enablement). Set strategic directions for EMEA GTM segments; prioritize and close CAC40/Fortune500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, AI, DevOps, and other verticals. Partner directly with Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Founders to align field reality with product and GTM. Report directly to founders, shape strategy, zero bureaucracy. Build a culture of execution. Requirements Mandatory Scalable B2B SaaS startup revenue from at least €1M to €10M, €2M to €20M, €10M to €100M, etc. 10+ years successful experience as Enterprise Sales & sales leader in Automation/IT/Cyber/AI. Preferred Experience Closed multiple 7‑figure deals with Enterprise CISO, CIO, CAIO, CEO & board‑level stakeholders. Sold & scaled an enterprise sales team to consistently achieve quota on 6‑12 month complex sales cycles with average deal sizes €200K‑2M+. Proven ability to build discipline, a high‑performance sales culture, and teams that consistently deliver. Bilingual in French and English. Relentless focus on revenue growth and results.
