Business Development Representative (BDR), France Join us to apply for the Business Development Representative (BDR), France role at Riot. By creating engaging, chat-based-lessons and simulated phishing to train employees, Riot’s platform protects over 2,000,000 employees worldwide. Base pay range This range indicates the total package with 24 K in commissions (uncapped). We also provide a competitive stock package. About the job You will join the Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Your mission is to generate high‑quality leads and create new business opportunities for our Account Executives. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with potential clients. Identify key decision‑makers and assess their needs to determine fit with Riot’s solutions. Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives to advance the sales cycle. Develop a deep understanding of target industries, accounts, and contacts to tailor outreach efforts. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system (HubSpot). Qualifications Strong outbound mindset; comfortable with high‑volume outreach and proactive engagement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively. Persistent and resilient, thrives on overcoming challenges. Structured and organized, managing multiple leads and follow‑up systematically. Tech‑savvy and data‑driven; familiarity with sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. is a plus. Previous experience in sales (internship, apprenticeship) ideally in B2B SaaS. Motivated by Riot’s mission; don’t need to be a cybersecurity expert. Full professional proficiency in English and native in French. Based in Paris or willing to relocate. Cultural fit A doer; not afraid to get hands dirty and get things done.
