Care Ops role at Alan Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery. Overview The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver a smooth customer experience and enable scale without compromising quality. Key Responsibilities Efficiency & performance monitoring – Conduct deep dives into SLAs and ticket‑level framework, share actionable findings, prioritize non‑scalable processes, and implement automation or AI solutions. Contact experience – Pilot new contact channel projects (e.g., direct phone line), support globalization of the contacting experience, and anticipate impacts for the Care Community. Tooling – Identify and prioritize scalable tooling, collaborate with Product to improve efficiency, lead implementation of new processes, evangelize AI, own the tooling stack, and manage external partnerships and RFPs. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication in English & French. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Passion for process optimization with quick, iterative implementation. Organized, structured mindset. Robust data analytics abilities; proficiency in SQL is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
