Join us as a Business Development Manager at Fedrigoni Group. This newly created position will drive growth through outbound outreach, generating new leads in unexplored markets, building relationships, qualifying leads, pitching products, and creating solutions for our target audience. In this role you will directly report to the Fedrigoni Special Papers Marketing Director and work closely with the global R&D team. The Main Responsibilities And Activities Will Be Market identification: understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies. New product development: co‑develop in sync. with the R&D and Product Marketing teams the targeted solution. New lead generation: support the development of business related to newly identified solutions via trusted relationships with clients and business partners. Market penetration: in collaboration with the Marketing Department, prepare go‑to‑market material (like product promotion, sampling, participation in key industry events). Market monitoring: stay informed and track emerging markets, trends and opportunities, adopting a future‑forward mindset. Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture: promote and maintain a culture of innovation and growth throughout the company and across all teams. The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields. You have at least 10 years’ experience in Product Marketing, Technical Customer Service or Business Development roles. You have experience in the technical paper industry. You are able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions. You have a “Strive for excellence” approach with a concrete mindset. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are strongly results‑oriented. You are fluent in English; Italian is a plus. You are available to travel extensively to meet customers.
