We are made up of three sub-teams: People Operations, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition.We are a globally distributed People team with team members in Canada, US, France, Serbia, and Argentina. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will be part of a team with two People Operations Generalists and two Payroll Specialists.About the RoleAs a People Operations Generalist, you’ll play a key role in creating an amazing employee experience by supporting core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with People team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure day-to-day people operations run smoothly, accurately, and with care. This role is ideal for someone who is building strong foundational People Ops skills, is highly detail oriented, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.You will primarily be supporting employees in France, Serbia, Portugal, Romania, Poland, and Italy.What You’ll DoSupport end-to-end People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, and leaves of absence.Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Serve as a main point of contact for employee questions, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.Identify process or system inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support the implementation of more scalable solutions.Proficient in setting up workflow automations, with interest in expanding experience with AI tools.Collaborate with cross functional teams on larger People initiatives such as organizational changes, compensation adjustments, and people data automations.Work closely with external vendors (like our HRIS providers) to optimize system configuration and resolve issues efficiently as they arise.Create and maintain internal policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Manage immigration and relocation cases, in partnership with HRBPs and external counsel.Who You AreProven experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role.Highly detail-oriented and takes ownership of both execution and outcomes.Ability to consistently deliver timely, high-quality service and handle sensitive information with care and discretion.Experience electing and managing a Social and Economic Committee in France, also known as Comité Social et Économique (CSE).Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce and thrives working in a fast-paced or tech environment.Nice to HaveExperience with Rippling, Deel, Notion, Siit or other ticketing system.Experience with global mobility processes.Perks and Benefits💰Competitive salary & equity (90th percentile worldwide, go check our public salary calculator)🏖️ 5-week vacation plus 2 weeks RTT (We follow each country's appropriate PTO Laws)🤕 Paid sick leave🧸 Paid parental leave (16 weeks)💻 MacBook Pro🍽️ Personal credit card to buy lunches (we use Swile)🏥 We provide private health insurance (we use GAN)💆🏻♀️ Get up to €700 to set up your workstation at home (working from home should feel breezy)📚 Get up to €2000 of learning material and wellness support per year This includes €1500 for learning material (such as books, courses, and individual coaching sessions) directly linked to your job scope, as well as a €500 wellness budget.
