Head of Sales

Bouchez vos objectifs de vente SaaS avec des stratégies innovantes et des compétences commerciales solides.

Mission:

Développez des stratégies commerciales pour accroître les ventes et conquérir de nouveaux marchés francophones et internationaux. Piloter l'équipe de vente pour maximiser la performance collective et individuelle tout en optimisant les processus commerciaux.

Nous recherchons un leader commercial expérimenté avec au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du SaaS, capable de développer des relations solides avec les clients clés et de motiver une équipe pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.

Résultats attendus:
  1. Augmenter significativement le chiffre d'affaires en France, en atteignant les objectifs de croissance fixés par l'entreprise.
  2. Maximiser la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients, tout en développant des relations durables avec les grands comptes.
  3. Optimiser les performances commerciales de l'équipe, en améliorant les taux de conversion et en générant un pipeline solide de nouvelles opportunités.
Profile recherché:

Bac + 5 avec une expertise sur des marchés internationaux francophones et non francophones, ainsi qu'une maîtrise avérée des outils de vente et CRM. L'anglais courant est nécessaire.
