CERBAIR is also : 😎 One seminar a year (usually including sports) 🌍 A job with meaning 💪 Celebrating everyday successes with colleagues 🤗 A close-knit, caring team that will be delighted to welcome you 🛴Coverage of the sustainable mobility package Mission As Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating specific client projects, ensuring their technical, documentary, and operational success, in close collaboration with the Design Office Manager (in charge of new product development). Your main mission: Transform customer requirements into concrete deliverables, while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Your detailed tasks Understanding and formalizing customer needs: Analyze specifications and identify technical and operational requirements. Work with the Design Office Manager to adapt existing solutions or develop specific upgrades. Plan, coordinate, and monitor key stages (design, development, testing, delivery) while meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Ensure that deliverables comply with customer expectations and applicable standards (quality, safety, regulations). Motivate teams and subcontractors: Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) and external partners to ensure the project progresses. Anticipate risks and resolve issues in collaboration with the design office. Being the primary point of contact for customers: Reassure, inform, and negotiate changes to scope or scheduling, with a keen sense of customer service. Ensure transparent and proactive communication throughout the project. Ensure documentary output: Produce and validate technical documentation (progress reports, acceptance files). Capitalize on feedback to improve project processes. Profile Education: Engineering degree (5 years of higher education) or equivalent, with a specialization in project management, electronics, telecommunications, or complex systems. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in technical project management, ideally in the defense, aerospace, security, or critical systems sectors. Experience in subcontractor management and contract management is a major asset. Proficiency in project methodologies (V-model, Agile, etc.) and related tools (Odoo, Jira, etc.). Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams and manage demanding client relationships. Fluent English: Essential for communicating with international clients and partners. Rigorous and organized: Able to prioritize, anticipate risks, and report clearly. Analytical mind and pragmatism: Quickly understand technical issues and propose appropriate solutions. Diplomacy and listening skills: Knowing how to reconcile customer expectations with technical and industrial constraints. Leadership and autonomy: Leading meetings, making decisions, and motivating teams. Stress resistance: Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
