A positive, can-do attitude is essential for success in this role, as we strive to provide exceptional support and ensure the best outcomes for our customers.Main responsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Specialist at Breas, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Customer Services Team. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with office coordination, sales team support, and general administrative tasks to help deliver excellent service to our customers.Handle customer and patient inquiries via phone and emailProcess sales orders, invoices, and customer credits using the JDE SOP systemManage order filing, shared inbox inquiries, and dispatch requestsMaintain records of trial machines and support the sales team with updatesAssist with credit control and general administrative tasksCoordinate office supplies, visitor refreshments, and event logisticsSupport the organization of French education/study daysAny other administration tasks that are requiredTo be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated and highly organized team player with strong relationship-building skills. A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
