Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and as part of the Infront Sports & Media group, HBS offers the full spectrum of host broadcast operations and services — combining technological innovation with deep industry expertise to set the benchmark in live sports broadcasting. 📍 Based in Boulogne‑Billancourt, Paris (hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days working from home) At Host Broadcast Services (HBS), we deliver the digital and operational backbone behind some of the world’s biggest sporting events. Our tools help manage event bookings, staff operations, and large‑scale scheduling — and we’re looking for a Platforms Coordinator to help keep these systems running smoothly and evolving to meet the needs of our global projects. Working within the Platforms & Solutions team, you’ll support end‑users, test new functionalities, and help deploy digital platforms used across HBS. Your work will directly impact the reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction of systems essential to event operations. Responsibilities End‑User Support & Training Serve as the first point of contact for users, responding to daily platform queries. Document issues and collaborate with external providers to solve them. Train new users and support change management when updates or new features roll out. Platform Testing & Implementation Work with internal teams to ensure tools meet operational needs during events. Requirements Understanding of web platforms, databases, and data‑management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with testing methodologies and ability to clearly document results. HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
