The role Our Zeekr France team is looking for a B2B Key account Manager. In this role you will have a key position to launch Zeekr in the French market. At Zeekr, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain. What you will do Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers and Leasing companies, ensuring their needs are understood and met, enabling sales through our Dealer network. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets specific to the fleet sector by growing and serving corporate accounts, contributing to the overall revenue goals of Zeekr through our Dealers. Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr's Fleet offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to the Dealers. Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the Fleet sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition, prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr management. Collaborate closely with other departments within Zeekr, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for Fleet customers. Qualifications & key skills Extensive experience in B2B Sales management within the automotive industry, working for an OEM or at a dealership. Strong knowledge of fiscal and business‑related understanding of electric vehicles and automotive environments in France. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, specifically within the B to B teams, internal or external. Excellent problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and French. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent through working experience are a plus.
