Key Account Manager at teale Your clients are based all around the world, so you must be fluent in both French and English. Join teale as a Key Account Manager and become the strategic partner helping your clients make mental health a true priority within their organizations. You’ll grow the value of key accounts, drive their expansion, and ensure long‑term satisfaction with the support of our Customer Success Managers. As the main point of contact for HR leaders and executives, you transform existing relationships into high‑impact, concrete projects. Responsibilities Primary commercial contact for HR leaders and executive teams; understand organizational challenges, align stakeholders, support long‑term partnership vision, and ensure relationship quality. Work closely with Customer Success Managers to secure renewals and create best conditions for partnership continuation. Grow existing accounts by building and leading structured account plans to identify growth opportunities (new entities, new offerings, increased volume). Prospect within client organizations, map stakeholders, initiate new sales cycles, and lead negotiations until contract extensions are signed. Analyze usage data and performance indicators to demonstrate value; craft clear messages for HR and executive teams and reinforce strategic positioning. Coordinate internal stakeholders (CS, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution aligned with account priorities. Advocate internal client needs, constraints, and feedback to support continuous improvement. Qualities & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience managing strategic B2B accounts (ideally consulting or SaaS), exposure to large organizations. Fluency in French and English. Strong command of multi‑stakeholder environments and complex decision‑making cycles. Natural ease engaging HR leaders and executive committees. Ability to build structured account plans, map decision‑makers, and define expansion strategy. Solid commercial acumen: internal prospecting, opportunity creation, sales cycle management, advanced negotiation. Relationship‑building & networking skills. High emotional intelligence, natural influence, ability to drive progress. Strong rigor and organizational skills; capable of managing broad, diverse portfolio autonomously. Resilience and persistence; comfortable creating the need, evangelizing, challenging status‑quo. Team spirit, humility, boldness, and desire to contribute to mission with meaningful human impact. Work Environment The role is based in Paris, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office and remaining time remote. Flexibility and trust are valued.
