Today, we employ nearly 1,000 people across 16 locations on five continents.We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive, Enterprise for Laboratory and Analytical Technologies for the North France region to join our global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in the North France region. If you are passionate about science, technology and customer success, we’d love to hear from youResponsibilitiesManaging and expanding the existing customer base in your sales territoryProviding professional advice and selling our diverse portfolio of laboratory and analytical instrumentsConducting product demonstrations and marketing events at customer sites or at our headquarters in StaufenPlanning, organizing, and executing your own table-top shows, as well as organizing in-house exhibitions and participating in international trade fairsContinuously monitoring the market and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesRegular team reporting and maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM systemYour ProfileCompleted degree in natural sciences (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology) or a comparable technical qualificationIdeally 1–2 years of professional experience in direct sales, preferably in the laboratory or analytical industryExcellent French and English language skills, both written and spokenStrong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a confident and professional demeanorHigh level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and a structured working styleSolution-oriented thinking and strong customer focusA valid driver’s license is essentialProficient in using Windows and common MS Office applicationsResidence in or around Paris, or willingness to relocate to the areaWhy IKA?We are a family-owned company with strong growth and a secure future, committed to social responsibility in our local community.
