Your role As Head of Design at lemlist, you’ll lead and scale our design team across product and user experience. You’ll work closely with our Designers, PMs, and Engineers to shape how our products look, feel, work and most importantly solve real problems for our users. This role is about user impact, not just pixels: you’ll set the vision for design, empower your team, and raise the bar for creativity & execution. Scale‑up experience is preferred.
