Redstone Commodity Search is working with an Aluminium & Steel producer looking to hire a Technical Sales Manager to join the commercial team in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
  1. Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for Aluminium Refiners and Remelters.
  2. Drive sales growth through door opening, deal closing, and active participation in customer visits and exhibitions.
  3. Provide technical advice on our products and actively sell them to customers.
  4. Coordinate and organise technical applications, process customer orders, and prepare quotations.
  5. Report to the Managing Director of Sales & Operations.
Key Qualifications / Experience
  1. 5 years of experience in the secondary aluminium industry in roles such as quality control management, production planning, and production management.
  2. Qualifications: Dipl.-Ing (FH), BSc Eng, MSc Eng, with a focus on secondary aluminium metallurgy.
  3. Demonstrated business and sales acumen, along with an entrepreneurial spirit, customer- and service-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  4. Proficiency in English and German; fluency in other languages is advantageous.
  5. Role located in Zurich, open to relocation if viable.
