This role is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, managing and coordinating daily store operations and sales staff, and reporting results to the Area Manager. You will continuously improve service quality, maintain store ambiance in line with corporate identity, and play an active role in hosting brand events and welcoming visitors next to our Paris HQ.Responsibilities & ProfileMinimum of 3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 2 years in management.Strong awareness of CRM tactics and management skills.Proficient in retail operations, budgeting, sales and stock planning.Good knowledge of the fashion market and customers.Robust network in France and surrounding areas for recruitment and brand collaboration sources.Exceptional in building and maintaining customer relationships; collaborative with different departments, forward‑thinking and structured.Extensive experience in delivering a high level of customer service.Set challenging but attainable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.Strong leadership skills and high social competence.Communicate honestly, openly and constructively.Build team commitment and foster a positive atmosphere on the sales floor.Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse talents working toward a clear purpose.Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in responding to the changing business environment.Location next to Paris HQ, active participation in brand events and visitor engagement.Passion for the fashion business and international clients.Fluency in French and English.JOIN #TEAMKARLThe collective vision of KARL LAGERFELD is to be the most connected global designer brand, inspiring consumers through luxury collections and immersing them in the World of KARL.
