Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Senior Director, Original Content France, Italy, Spain (FRITES) will be responsible for the commercial success of a team of commissioners overseeing the selection, partner management, editorial development, and creation of Audible Original Productions for these specific audiences. This role will guide the work of internal and external creatives, such as authors, editors, and audio engineers, to create the best possible listening experience and ensure commercial success for the multi-lingual productions. The role ensures a best-in-class working relationship with Audible for our creators & talents in these territories.This role reports to the Head of Regional Content, Europe, based in the UK.As a Senior Director, Original Content, you will...Lead a team of creative producers to deliver innovative, high-quality original listening experiences, from ideation to release, partnering with Business Affairs, PR, and Marketing teams to lead these projects to completion.Identify creative opportunities in France, Italy, and Spain to reach new audiences and maximize revenue of our content investments, informed by local customer preferences and global/regional content strategies.Lead and expand our external partner network within the FRITES creative communities (e.g., producers, writers, actors) to enhance our customers’ listening experiences across these languages, including establishing writing rooms for relevant content verticals.Build a world-class content creation unit by elevating our spectrum & belonging goals and continuously improving team expertise, performance, and well-being.Leverage analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators (content testing, customer segmentation, market research, competitive benchmarking) and your team’s local insights to enhance the cultural and commercial success of Audible Originals.Participate in the strategic and tactical development of our Global Original Content efforts, collaborating with international & global Audible market teams to represent European Audible Original listeners & creators.Additionally, the incumbent will serve as President of the Audible Studios France entity SAS.ABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
