OverviewNous recherchons un stagiaire de fin d’études pour accompagner le renforcement de l’équipe Real Estate Services / Immobilier.Vous serez amené(e)s à intervenir sur des missions de conseil financier spécialisé en immobilier pour le compte de fonds d’investissement, de foncières ou de comptes corporate (missions de Transactions Services, modélisation et structuration de dossiers d’investissement immobiliers, réalisation de business plans, évaluation…).Vous pourrez également participer à des missions de conseils stratégiques et opérationnelles (plan de performance et d’économies, arbitrages, stratégie de développement, évaluation d’actifs en reconversion, …).Vous serez pleinement impliqué dans toutes les étapes de la mission et participerez à des réunions avec le client ou les autres conseils intervenant sur le projet (avocats, banquiers…). Les membres de la mission (du senior à l’associé) participeront à votre formation au quotidien afin de vous aider à acquérir toutes les connaissances techniques vous permettant de devenir rapidement autonome dans la réalisation de vos travaux. Pré-requis du posteNous recherchons un stagiaire de fin d’études issu(e)s des meilleures grandes écoles et universités (Commerce, Ingénieur) disposant d’une première expérience en audit, en conseil financier, en banque d’affaires ou en direction financière.Disponible, rigoureux et organisé, vous savez vous adapter très rapidement aux missions qui vous sont confiées et disposez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous pratiquez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
