Since our creation two years ago, we have:Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint CapitalBeen incubated by Microsoft (GenAI Studio) and Meta (AI Program)Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)What will you doIn this role you will design and execute the enablement foundation for our go‑to‑market engine. You'll build onboarding, develop playbooks, create sales content, and coach our team to consistently win and forecast with confidence. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure the team has everything needed to scale efficiently.Build and own the full sales onboarding program (30/60/90) to accelerate ramp timeDeliver ongoing training on product, ICP, competitors, messaging, and objection handlingConduct 1:1 coaching to improve deal discipline and forecast accuracyDevelop sales playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, talk tracks, and objection guidesCreate enterprise & MSSP‑specific enablement aligned with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)Turn product launches into customer‑ready narratives & sales contentEstablish enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, certification adoption)Analyze sales performance to identify training opportunities and best practicesPartner cross‑functionally with Product, PMM, and GTM leadershipSupport EMEA & US expansion with localized enablement content and trainingWho you areWe’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence with collaboration, and who can bring clarity, focus, and structure.4–7 years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations in B2B SaaSExperience enabling enterprise sales cycles & methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)Proven success designing and rolling out onboarding programs & playbooksStrong content creation skills (decks, scripts, frameworks, GTM resources)Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear GTM messagingData‑driven mindset — you measure impact and iterate quicklyExcellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skillsBias for action and comfort operating in fast‑moving startup environmentWhy join usA high‑impact role in a small, international, fast‑moving team where your work directly shapes the GTM engineShape the future of a product making waves in AI + securityCulture that values autonomy, creativity, and ownershipCompetitive compensation with equityHybrid & remote‑friendly culture (Paris HQ, 9th arrondissement)If you’re excited about enabling sales teams to win with cutting‑edge AI in cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you.
