L’ENTREPRISE : Création en 2008 Effectif : 60aine de collaborateurs entre la France et les USA de 250 clients enterprise dans le monde Un produit innovant à fort impact pour les équipes terrains De gros enjeux autour de l'IA avec un lancement de produit 100% IA prévu en fin d'année LA MISSION : REJOIGNEZ UNE SQUAD EN CHARGE D'UNE FONCTIONNALITÉ PHARE DE LA PLATEFORME Vous rejoindrez une équipe produit composée du CPTO et de 2 Product Managers Objectifs principaux Concevoir des expériences utilisateurs fluides, cohérentes et adaptées aux usages B2B (desktop, mobile, intégrations). Participer activement à la stratégie produit via une approche centrée utilisateur (discovery, tests, itérations). Structurer un design system transverse pour harmoniser les différents produits Simplifier des interfaces complexes (ex. : admin portal) pour améliorer l’adoption. Préparer la structuration de l’équipe design avec le recrutement d'un profil Junior Product Designer courant 2026 VOTRE PROFIL : SENIOR / LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER A minima 5 ans en tant que Product Designer , dans des environnements SaaS B2B ou B2B2C À l’aise avec des interfaces complexes et des enjeux d’intégration (Salesforce, CRM, CCAAS, SDK…). Capacité à structurer un design system from scratch ou à faire évoluer un existant Habitude de travailler dans des contextes agiles , en lien étroit avec les équipes produit, tech et business. Esprit de leadership : capable de poser une vision, de structurer une démarche design et d’accompagner à terme un profil plus junior. À l’aise avec la recherche utilisateur , la discovery produit et l’animation d’ateliers de co-conception.
