Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing Go-to-Market team in Lisbon. You will play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact. You will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Responsibilities Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Be the CEO of your territory: find, meet, negotiate, and close new clients. Must Haves Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience Experience selling directly to HR/L&D Experience with 360-degree sales (owning sourcing to closing) Sold to US, UK or Ireland Enjoy working in a startup environment Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written What people would say about you Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy Ability to work in an environment with limited structure and processes Obsessed with building end-to-end sales systems that fuel sustainable revenue growth Excited to tackle new challenges head-on Curious, with a bias for action; a doer Open, trustworthy, and committed; a team player What you'll get €60,000-80,000 + commission + equity Fully remote working (-5/+1 GMT) Plenty of room for growth as our ambitious team grows Access to your professional coach via our app Regular training and development Why join us?
