Account Executive - REMOTE This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with prospects from large companies and turn them into satisfied customers. You will navigate complex decision-making processes while working collaboratively with stakeholders across various levels, contributing to a member-centric healthcare experience. Accountabilities Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Engage effectively with HR executives, CFOs, and CEOs to drive sales. Educate prospects about our offerings and enhance their onboarding experience. Develop and present customized health plans that align with client needs. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and methods. Manage complex multi-stakeholder decision processes and maintain strong connections. Requirements At least 8 years of experience managing the full sales cycle. Proficiency in French (C2) and advanced English skills. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Strong empathy and a passion for solving prospects' issues. Ability to influence decisions through persuasion and consensus-building. In-depth understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models. Collaborative attitude and capability to thrive in a small team. Eagerness to learn quickly and make a significant impact.
