Product Knowledge Lead

The team you’ll be joining As a Product Knowledge lead, you'll join Doctolib’s Product department and work hand-in-hand with product managers as well as customers facing teams on a daily basis. Our two main missions are to : Create and maintain a well‑organised and easily accessible product knowledge database. Transfer this knowledge to the right audience at the right moment, ensuring all users, whether they are patients, HCPs or Doctolibers, master our suite of solutions. What you’ll do Doctolib is seeking a highly skilled Product Knowledge Lead to join our team. As the bridge between product managers and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in optimising processes, ensuring timely and effective coordination, and facilitating seamless communication. You will also serve as the ambassador of Product Knowledge at Doctolib, driving internal initiatives such as product trainings and live demos to enhance adoption and understanding. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare Key Responsibilities Ensure Product Knowledge processes and best practices are implemented, act as a key sparring partner with product managers, monitor and challenge existing processes, always aiming for the highest quality standards. Own Product Knowledge KPIs, monitor related KPIs and prepare monthly report on them. Lead and facilitate the Product champions community. Be in charge of internal marketing of product trainings and monitor their completion. Develop and implement any new ritual, milestone or process to improve our quality of work ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices. Create a structured library gathering all product knowledge resources and make them accessible by all Doctolibers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing outcomes and incorporating learnings. Manage the Product Knowledge and training working student. You have a can‑do attitude, collaborative, extra‑mile and positive mindset. You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with a structured and methodical approach. You possess strong advisory skills, with the ability to federate stakeholders around your vision, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are proficient in Excel or Gsheet. SQL is a plus. You are fluent in English. French or German is a plus.
