Responsibilities Build relationships that matter: act as the go‑to person for your portfolio of clients, engaging key stakeholders such as C‑level Technology, Security, and Marketing managers, uncovering their needs, solving challenges, and showing how CM.com’s solutions can elevate their business. Spot opportunities everywhere: uncover cross‑sell opportunities within your existing client base; introduce them to CM.com’s broader suite of solutions—Engage, Pay, or Live—and show how these add value. On the new business side, grow the Connect BU by crafting and executing strategic prospecting plans tailored to Target Account Lists and key industries. Own the stage: represent CM.com at industry events, network, and, if you’re bold, deliver keynotes. Bring ideas to life: deliver engaging presentations and product demos, and negotiate agreements that work for all parties. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Multiple years of experience in sales or key account management. Industry experience in IT, Telecom, or SaaS. Demonstrated success selling complex solutions in complex environments. A self‑starting and team‑player mentality. Fluency in French and English required.
