If you want your sales career to have both impact and adventure, read on.Your missionWe’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager in our French office (Versailles) to manage a portfolio of B2B clients and support our growing business. You’ll ensure clients get the most from Paynovate’s solutions, anticipate their needs, and act as a trusted partner.What you'll doCustomer Care & SuccessYou will work closely with Sales during handover and post go live phases, ensuring a smooth transition from deal closing to long term account management.You handle follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction. You build strong client relationships as a trusted partner.You understand your clients’ business and challenges deeply, anticipating needs even before they do.You organize weekly meetings with key clients, and facilitate internal coordination for issue resolution.Support clients during lifecycle events, including coordination with Compliance and Operations teams .Track and follow up on client issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in line with internal processes.Support Growth OpportunitiesYou identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new solutions to clients.You collaborate with the Product, Sales and Operations teams to prepare quotes or special offers as needed.You participate in strategic client committees to discuss future initiatives and strengthen partnerships.You will contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and product adoption, measured through agreed KPIs such as response times, client feedback, and account health indicators.Is this you?At Paynovate, we focus on positioning the right talent in the right roles, empowering our people to drive the business forward. We seek someone who:Ideally has a first experience in Customer Success, Payments, IT or SaaS.
