Construction Manager (Mechanical) - France, Paris - 6 Months Initial Contract Our client, a developer of multi-customer and hyperscale data centres in Europe and Asia‑Pacific, offers an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join their current project in Paris. They have a strong portfolio of constructing world‑class critical infrastructure and are chosen time and again for their resilient power and cooling, robust securing and sophisticated monitoring systems. What You’ll Do Site visits, upload photos to PROCORE, and manage works interface (Levels 4–6). Coordinate with construction systems. Upload Mechanical MOPs on DOCUSIGN and send 30‑day notices before execution. Attend weekly meetings (progress, planning, MOP, bottleneck). Present and share interface programme with every Wednesday. What You’ll Need Extensive experience in the construction sector. French and English speaking. Experience on large‑scale mission‑critical construction projects, data centres, pharma, oil and gas or semi‑conductor (ideally DC). In depth knowledge of general construction building, M&E works, and local authority approval process. Client or contractor background.
