Responsibilities Take full responsibility for managing Channel Partners (CPs) in assigned countries within the EMEA region. Proactively seek and recruit new CPs in underserved territories, signing contractual reseller agreements and providing product, sales, and marketing training. Set sales targets for CPs and monitor performance through regular online or face‑to‑face meetings, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded. Arrange customer visits organized by CPs and engage with end users to close sales opportunities. Enter and update strategic sales opportunities from CPs into Salesforce, moving them through the sales funnel. Engage with key opinion leaders through CPs and help organize and participate in annual CP meetings. Report competitor activity and market intelligence to relevant stakeholders, including CP Director, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Logistics, and Production. Consistently achieve and exceed set sales targets for the assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant Life Science field (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.) or an equivalent area. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in channel partner management, preferably in molecular/laboratory pathology sales, molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or key performance indicators. Excellent organizational skills, a desire to make personal impact, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and lead initiatives. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Travel Requirements The position is based in EMEA with approximately 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not traveling, the Channel Partner Specialist works from a home office. Preferred Experience Experience with Salesforce CRM. Experience in Life Sciences and/or Diagnostic Markets across different EMEA regions.
