The Product Operations Manager SEU & IB is a key role accountable for the superb execution, and continuous improvement of the Release & Go-To-Market of these product lines that underpin the delivery of our goals within SSG. This role sits across Sage XRT and is a central coordination point in ensuring best practice in execution of our product releases and Go To Market across the activities.

This role is hybrid and based 3 days in our Paris office.

**Responsabilités principales**

Skills, know-how and experience:

- Proven experience in programme management
- Strong track record of building growth strategies and plans - and effectively executing these across multi-functional teams to achieve strong results.
- Excellent people influencing skills - able to instil trust, belief, and confidence in a distributed team. You will be a strong team player, able to work with limited resource with proven ability to lead through influence.
- Comfort working with technical, functional & commercial specialists.
- Ability to think creatively, and work on a hands-on basis on a variety of tasks to enable us to remain lean.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in French, & English and ability to work across business lines, presenting to senior leadership and at different levels of management. (Working knowledge of Spanish a distinct advantage)
- Ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to be an independent thinker; make robust, strategic decisions and ensure their delivery
- Highly flexible and willing to take

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Execution of consistent, high quality product releases ensuring confidence and ability to accelerate Go To Market RoI
- Programme management of significant programmes and projects impacting on the key product lines.
- Lead the delivery of high quality Product Roadmaps and GTM plans that facilitate our ambitious growth aspirations.
- Guide R&D / Engineering leaders in expectations, providing clear guidance on expectations.
- Direct the development of GTM plans for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
- Manage / act as a coordination point for significant customer / partner escalations.
- Engage with the various supporting functions across the Sage business to ensure alignment to our SSG strategy.
- Inform and support growth opportunities through insight and management of resource prioritisation.
- Act as an ambassador of Sage, drive product awareness, contribute to Sage content and thought leadership, represent SSG at local leadership meetings where required..
