The role sits at the intersection of sales, success, and delivery with a long-term, outcome-led view of the customer transformation journey, and clear accountability for tracking, demonstrating, and communicating business value realization. The Customer Value Director leads internal cross-functional teams and partners to orchestrate execution against the customer’s strategic goals—driving alignment, tracking progress, and articulating value realization with a focus on business outcomes over project oversight.What you will do #J-18808-Ljbffr
