FID RH, un cabinet de recrutement, recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Responsable Drives (H/F) sur le département Val d'Oise.

Ce poste vous permettra de rejoindre un groupe important de la Grande Distribution.

Vos missions seront centrées sur la gestion de 3 Drives, tous situés dans un rayon de 20 kilomètres.

A propos du poste :

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Gestion de l'organisation et du développement des activités des 3 Drives

• Management des équipes (100 collaborateurs)

• Organisation et planification des tâches pour garantir le respect des délais

• Suivi des délais de préparation et livraisons des commandes

• Suivi des stocks et réassortiment des produits pour éviter les ruptures

• Suivi et analyse des indicateurs de performance (chiffre d'affaires, marges, coûts)

• Mise en place d'actions correctives si nécessaire

• Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail

• Relation avec les fournisseurs pour optimiser les achats et les conditions commerciales

Profil recherché :

Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes ayant une expérience dans le domaine de la gestion commerciale et une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion.

L'idéal serait de pouvoir compter sur des compétences telles que la gestion d'équipe, la planification, la communication, la gestion des stocks et la gestion des finances.

Vous devez également être capable de prendre des décisions éclairées et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
